These sugar cookies are so soft, and they're topped with a vegan buttercream that is normally flavored vanilla, but can be changed per customer request (my kids love cherry and blue raspberry). Sprinkles change seasonally as well, or based upon customer preference. One batch is 18 cookies.

These hand held pastries are reminiscent of a Pop Tart... But they're not that. These are MOM tarts because they're made with Mom inspired flavors. Flaky pastry filled with strawberry jam and chocolate, and topped with a strawberry glaze. A batch of this deliciousness contains 12 Mom Tarts.
